The notification for interview of the candidates for the above posts was issued under advertisement notification: CMO/C/ CMO. DRHS/DRHS NRHM/NRHM 20-21/717-23 Date:-
22/07/2020 and the event was held on 29th July, 2020. While, as recommended by the selection committee, on merit, the candidates in the list enclosed for this notification have been attached with it as Annexure-A and a Nexer-B, it has been provisionally selected against the posts of Adolescent Health Consultant and Nursing Tutor respectively under National Health Mission in District Anantnag.
Whereas, the selection is provisional and the selected candidates are informed to report accordingly, as well as all original relevant testimonials/testimonials in the office of Chief Medical Officer (Vice Chairman DRHS) Anantnag within ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notification. with documents. Selection is subject to verification of all relevant documents.
The selected candidate(s) will forfeit his claim to the post if at any stage it is found that he has misrepresented any information or submitted invalid documents. The selected candidates are given affidavit/affidavit as per the format prepared in the office of Chief Medical Officer Anantnag. The undertaking has to be submitted.
The recruitment order for provisionally selected candidates will be issued by DRHS Anantnag (CMO Anantnag) and selected candidates must abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the said order, failing which contractual recruitment of the selected candidate will be terminated.
