List of documents to be attached with application form:
Copy of date of birth certificate; Copy of mark sheets of all semesters required for the post applied; Recognized Institute/ Institute Copy of Diploma Certificate from Institute University Experience Certificate. If any.
The candidate who has obtained the degree through distance learning system from universities recognized by ugc, as mentioned in the government. 30-05-20 12-HME issued by The Department of Higher Education, Department of Higher Education After 2005 dated 30-05-20 12-HME will have to submit a certificate from the concerned University along with the application form that the candidate had obtained a degree from the head quarters of his university and not beyond their territorial jurisdiction from the campus established by these universities.
In the absence of this certificate, the application will not be accepted.
The number of vacancies is only indicative and may increase or decrease. The applicant found that any false or false statements made, suppressing material information would make themselves liable for criminal proceedings.There will be no application after the last date for submission of application form. In the event of poor performance, candidates are responsible for terminating their services. The engagement will be entirely on contract basis.
The initial contract for hiring will be for one year (i.e. every financial year) and the post will be further extended by the Health and Family Welfare Ministry of the Government of India. The approval will be subject to satisfactory performance.
The selected candidate will be allowed to join on the production of domicile certificate
