Post Details:
a. For PSC candidates:-
1) The doctor in service will be paid salary as per his LPC
2) The in-service doctor will be allowed to participate in the selection process only with the prior permission of the administrative department as per Circular No. 02-JK (HME) dated 2020 dated 2020. 03-HME dated 27-05-2019 dated 2019.
For the purpose, they must route their applications through the administrative department. No advance copy will be given.
3) In case of selection, they will be allowed to join only after getting relief from their administrative department. b) For those candidates who are not in government service: -(Non PSC candidates)
1. Non PSC doctors will be charged on consolidated salary equal to basic pay for the post of Assistant Surgeon in health department as per 15-04-2009 plus Dearness Allowance dated 15.04.2009 plus Non PSC doctors. The maximum age for the aligibil-Iti to apply will be 50 years as per the cut-off date. c. )
General Conditions for Eligibility for All Candidates:-
1. Eligibility:- Minimum MBBS (MD, MS will be pre-fake).
2. Which doctor is the first to do with any institute/institution. Were appointed to the government medical college, Jammu, but they left the services before completing their term, they need not apply.
3. Doctors who have already completed 3 years need not apply in any subject and their applications will not be considered.
4. Any appointed (doctor) desirous of quitting the job will have to provide a month's pre-notification duly forwarded by the concerned HOD otherwise the doctor will have to fix one month's salary in this institute.
d.) Application form following DOCU-MENTS/100/2009 Should be accompanied by attested copies of testimonials:-
1. Effort Certificate of Ist issued by the concerned universities, 2nd pre-final and final MBBS examinations.
2. MBBS, MD/MD in the concerned subject. MS Degree/M.S. Diploma.
3. Internship Completion Certificate.
4. Service Certificate (Clear Indication of Rural Service if any) Director, Health Service, Jammu/M/S. has been released by Srinagar.
5. Distinction/Distinction National Scholarship/Scholarship Honours/Honors Medal/Medal Academic Merit Certificate.
6. House Job Certificate (Jr/Co. issued by the relevant principal or equivalent recognized authority) Sr.).
7. Commercial publications in MCI indexed standard medical journals allowed, if any.
8. Date of birth (for non-PSC candidates) as per matriculation certificate.
9. Affidavit duly attested by First Class Magistrate - declaring that the applicant has not carried in or
out of the ship in or outside the United Nations Jammu and Kashmir.
10. PRC/PRC domicile certificate
11. NoC from Administrative Department Health and Medical Education in case of candidate in service.
12. Psc candidates will be allowed to join after giving relief from the administrative department if selected.
13. Further, applications which have already applied for the demonstrator-ship under the discipline of Physiology are predefined Notification No. 100 JMC/2018/2009/2009 ES-1/2018 109/1907 Dated 20-02-2020, Corrigendum No. JMC/2020 ES-1/2018 109/2062 dated 13-03-2020 and Appendix No. 13-03-2020. JMC/Getty Images ES-1/2018 109/2076 No need to reapply on 18-03-2020. However, the applicants are instructed to submit MD degree before the last date of submission of the form.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of educational qualification and performance in the interview. To appear in the interview, no TA/TAs can be interviewed. The DA will not be acceptable.
